What can you expect as a new patient?
At Medicine Hat Dental, we want to make your dental experience as smooth and enjoyable as we can. Simply give us a call or fill out our online form to book your first appointment!
Two days before your scheduled appointment, our professional team will get in touch with you to confirm your appointment time. Once you arrive at our office prior to your appointment, we will ask you to fill out our health history and COVID forms, as well as our “Get to Know You” card, after which you will get to select something for our comfort menu, such as:
- Free Wi-Fi
- Beverages
- Aromatherapy
- Fuzzy blankets
- Lip balm
Once you have selected a comfort menu item and all of the necessary forms have been filled out, our clinical team will escort you from the waiting area to the clinic area where you will receive our VIP patient experience.
